In a chaotic household with three younger siblings, I desired  the peace and
calm of a desert island, fishing, eating fruits from trees and welcoming
a sailor washed up on shore. When the poets and artists who organized
"Streetworks", our alternative to "Earthworks", called me out to play,
I utilized the drawing technique of line taping to cut an atoll out
of Manhattan Island.
